Working With Your Vendor Team

This directory is a broad list of Houston event vendors across every category you will need. Some of these teams have worked at The Bell Tower on 34th many times. Others we have not yet hosted. We know the difference, and that is why we ask that you check with us before you book any vendor. A short conversation with your event coordinator will tell you who already knows our loading entrances, the timing of the courtyards, the ballroom sound system and the way our staff runs a timeline. That familiarity shows up on event day as fewer surprises, faster setups and a smoother handoff from delivery to dinner service.

Every outside vendor working in the building must carry current liability insurance and provide a certificate before event day. Please confirm this with any vendor before you sign with them. We also expect professional conduct in a working venue and care for the historic building and its grounds. If you prefer a shorter list, our event coordinators can suggest two or three names in any category based on your style, your menu and your budget.
