No. Submitting the form tells us your preferred date and guest count so we can confirm whether that date is currently in play. There is no obligation and no deposit at this step.
-
As early as possible. Prime dates (October through mid-December) book furthest out, sometimes a year or more ahead. Standard dates and weekdays often have more flexibility, even within a few months of your event.
-
A member of our events team confirms your date against the calendar and reaches out directly, usually within one business hour, to schedule your on-site tour. We don’t send detailed pricing before a tour, because estimates without context tend to be inaccurate. On your tour, your Venue Advisor builds your Full Service Experience with real numbers for your date and guest count.
-
Yes. Checking your date confirms whether it is currently in play. Your on-site tour is where you see the spaces, review how your event will run, and receive your Experience Outline.
